1. Shipping Locations

We ship all over Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, using trusted courier and cargo partners.

2. Courier Partners

• TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post (for standard delivery)
• Goods Transport/Bilti Service (for bulk orders above 30 kg)
• Same-Day Delivery (available in Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi for 50+ kg orders)

3. Delivery Charges

🟢 Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on the following:

• All orders within Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi over 50 kg (vermicompost only)
• Special promotional campaigns announced on our website or social media

⚫ Standard Shipping Charges

• Orders below 30 kg: Based on courier rates, calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp
• Bulk orders (30 kg+): Shipped via bilti, Rs. 700 on average (customer must collect from the local goods adda)
• Home delivery of bulk orders is available on request (customer bears full courier charges)

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 working days
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in selected cities for large vermicompost orders
• Delivery time may vary during public holidays or extreme weather conditions

5. Packaging

• Orders below 10 kg: Neatly packed in sealed plastic bags
• Orders above 10 kg: Delivered in durable sacks to ensure product safety during transit

6. Order Tracking

7. Damaged or Delayed Orders

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 2 days
• We’ll investigate and offer compensation or a replacement with your next order, where applicable
