At OrganicBaghbaani, your satisfaction matters to us.

✅ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked!

✅ We don’t accept returns once the packaging is opened and used, as fertilizers are sensitive products.

✅ Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item (if needed).

💬 To claim a refund/replacement, simply WhatsApp us your order number + product photo.

🚚 Note:

  • COD delivery charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

  • You have to cover delivery charges too.

  • No refunds on change of mind after dispatch.
