Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Depending on your city and order weight, delivery may take:

  • 2–3 days via bilti service (for large/heavy orders)

  • Same-day delivery available in Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi for 50kg+ orders

❓ How can I track my order?

After dispatch, we usually send you a tracking number (for courier shipments) or bilti receipt photo (for goods transport). If you haven't received one, just message us and we’ll send it again.

❓ It’s been 5 days and I haven’t received anything. What now?

Sometimes couriers delay deliveries due to weather, holidays, or operational issues.
Please contact us via WhatsApp — we’ll contact the courier or bilti service on your behalf and give you a status update.

❓ Do you guarantee delivery in a specific number of days?

While we dispatch on time, final delivery is handled by third-party services, so we cannot guarantee an exact day. However, if you need your order urgently, ask us about:

  • Same-day delivery options
  • Pickup via bilti
  • Or using your preferred courier (if available)
❓ What happens if the courier returns my parcel?

If the parcel is returned due to incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept:

  • We will notify you
  • You’ll have the option to resend it (with adjusted shipping cost)

❓ I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We’re sorry! If we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover both return and re-shipping charges. Please contact us within 2 days on WhatsApp at +92 311 9073909, share a photo, and we’ll fix it right away.

❓ What if my parcel arrived damaged?

We don’t offer refunds for courier damage.
But to maintain good customer relationships, we often send the damaged quantity for free with your next order. Just share a photo and your next order details.

❓ I changed my mind after receiving the product. Can I return it?

Yes — but you must contact us within 2 days and return the product at your own shipping cost.
Refunds are only issued after we receive the returned product in its original packaging.

❓ What if I made a mistake while ordering?

If you ordered the wrong item or quantity, you’ll need to pay for both return and re-shipping charges.

❓ I received my order after getting a refund. What now?

❓ Who pays for shipping if I request a return?
  • If we sent the wrong item, we cover both return and re-shipping charges.

  • If the mistake is on the customer’s side, the customer must pay for both shipping costs.

❓ I received my order after the refund was approved. What should I do?

Please do not use the product. Keep it in original packaging and contact us on WhatsApp. We'll guide you on whether to return the item or reverse the refund.

❓ What if the courier damages my parcel during delivery?

We do not offer refunds for courier-related damage.
