📦 Awaiting Order Arrival
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Depending on your city and order weight, delivery may take:
2–5 working days via courier (TCS, Pakistan Post, Leopards)
2–3 days via bilti service (for large/heavy orders)
Same-day delivery available in Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi for 50kg+ orders
If your order is delayed, please message us on WhatsApp at +92 311 9073909 with your name and order date. We’ll respond quickly.
After dispatch, we usually send you a tracking number (for courier shipments) or bilti receipt photo (for goods transport). If you haven't received one, just message us and we’ll send it again.
Sometimes couriers delay deliveries due to weather, holidays, or operational issues.
Please contact us via WhatsApp — we’ll contact the courier or bilti service on your behalf and give you a status update.
While we dispatch on time, final delivery is handled by third-party services, so we cannot guarantee an exact day. However, if you need your order urgently, ask us about:
- Same-day delivery options
- Pickup via bilti
- Or using your preferred courier (if available)
If the parcel is returned due to incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept:
- We will notify you
- You’ll have the option to resend it (with adjusted shipping cost)

Delivery time depends on location and parcel size:
- 2–5 days via TCS, Pakistan Post, or Leopards
- Same-day delivery for orders over 50kg in Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi
- 2–3 days via bilti service (goods transport) for orders over 30kg — pickup from your local adda
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for normal courier orders
- Bank transfer or EasyPaisa for large orders or bilti delivery
Payment details are shared on WhatsApp once you confirm your order.
Yes! At Organic Baghbaani, we offer flexible quantities based on your need — from 0.5kg to 50kg. Just tell us your required amount on WhatsApp.

We’re sorry! If we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover both return and re-shipping charges. Please contact us within 2 days on WhatsApp at +92 311 9073909, share a photo, and we’ll fix it right away.
We don’t offer refunds for courier damage.
But to maintain good customer relationships, we often send the damaged quantity for free with your next order. Just share a photo and your next order details.
Yes — but you must contact us within 2 days and return the product at your own shipping cost.
Refunds are only issued after we receive the returned product in its original packaging.
If you ordered the wrong item or quantity, you’ll need to pay for both return and re-shipping charges.
We’ll guide you through the return process — just message us on WhatsApp.
If your refund was processed and you still received the parcel, please do not use the product.

💰 Refund
We accept refund or return requests within 2 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned first in unused condition. Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item.
Yes. We require the product to be returned first before issuing any refund. It should be unused and packed securely in its original packaging.
If we sent the wrong item, we cover both return and re-shipping charges.
If the mistake is on the customer’s side, the customer must pay for both shipping costs.
